The recent Cataclysm (read - most of the gamers LEFT the game for greener pastures, ie - Ultima Online and EverQuest) almost obliterated Havenburg,  and nowadays the grand city is barely surviving.  Fred Arbona desperately needs you to subscribe to his game so that he can pay Empyria's bills, as well as the bills of all the other lands of Panterra.     Panterra's other lands are deadly and perilous. Primae is a savage land. All accounts brought by the neutral trading people, the Mecians, (who always travel throughout Panterra including Empyria), it is ruled  by a savage lot of Tree-People. Rumor has it Nara is governed by a feudal system of crafty and cruel Warlords specializing in the art of cavalry warfare and jealously protect their empire. Khazaria is where the exiled Khazarians from Empyria finally landed and are known to be building a powerful naval fleet to invade Empyria.  Ellura was once a very advanced and rich society, but now is ruled by strange creatures of which few details are known.  So, welcome to a world  like no other, where time stands still, where one may find open-ended excitement and become whatever one wants to be; the opportunities for excitement are endless.
