Defenders of Honor Alliance Charter

Our mission

Defenders of Honor wishes to bring together well established adult guilds of similar personal and gaming values for the purpose of helping each other and assisting the overall good in the worlds we reside in.

Structure

The Alliance Council will consist of the founding members (BaH and the Sacred Silver Blades) and those guilds who follow after. Each guild is given one vote on Alliance matters, cast by the guild‘s selected GM, King, etc... all votes must be unanimous to pass.

This voting system will remain in place until the alliance reaches five guilds total. Voting success will then move to a 2/3 majority. As an assurance to keeping the original values of this alliance, the founding guilds will retain veto power over any alliance matter. Both of the founding guilds will need to agree on the veto.

Adding New Guilds

Guilds wishing to join the Defenders of Honor Alliance will need a current Alliance guild to sponsor them. If sponsored, the voting system for new guilds will be the same as per the above voting system described under the "Structure" section. The new guild will be under a 30 day probationary period. At the end of the probationary period a second vote will be taken for permanent membership under the same voting system described in the "Structure" section.

Alliance Conduct

All guilds are expected to treat each other with the courtesy established in the codes and charters within each guild. Any grievances are to be taken to the proper Guild Officers of your own guild to be handled.

Alliance channel language should be kept as clean as possible. We are all adults and should act that way in open channels.

Alliance Raids

Raid leaders can establish their own methods of leadership and loot lotto’s. There will be a post on the Alliance Forums that lists standard lotto rules. Any raid leader who wishes to change these rules for their own raid must clarify these changes before the raid.
